My name is Mindy Rawlins, and I aid children through the outdoor sensory Occupational Therapy experience. I graduated from the COTA program in August of 2022 from Spokane Falls Community College.
One of my favorite aspects of occupational therapy is finding the "just right challenge" for each child. There is always something to be learned through difficulties, and finding an adaption can bring hope to many. Through parent goals, we will navigate together through various sensory strategies and suggestions.
I was elected president of my graduating class and facilitated many volunteer opportunities within the Spokane community. I am a mother of 4 children. Children bring me joy and are in need of more love and mentorship through uncertain diagnoses. I find fulfillment in helping young people and their families.
