At 509 Therapy Hub we focus on delivering the highest quality of patient care in a fun and educational atmosphere. We understand that no two people, or injuries, are the same, which is why we create custom-made recovery and rehabilitation plans for each one of our patients, maintaining an open line of communication all along the way. Our mission is to improve the overall quality of life of our community by helping them return to the activities they love.
On the path of Occupational Therapy (OT), we combine physical movement with developmental learning to allow people of all ages to perform daily tasks and meaningful occupations at their highest level of independence. We work with kids with sensory processing disorder, Autism, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, handwriting difficulties, and social difficulties. Because a child’s primary source of learning is through play, play-based treatment is often used to help kids learn and develop skills such as fine-motor coordination, balance, strength, and vision in addition to learning to pick up social cues and having meaningful interactions with others.Learn More

I’ve been riding for about 7 years now and have always put off getting a legit bike fit, thinking I could figure it out on my own. I was able to get things fairly close and figured that was good. Ryan did a fit for me before my first century ride and I was able to notice an immediate difference! On past rides I’d get done and feel stiff in my knees, but after 100 miles I felt totally fine. It made a difference in the amount of power I was able to generate throughout my ride, I felt comfortable the entire ride, and could still walk when I got finished. Ryan’s background as a PT shined through as he explained why different adjustments would give me more power and comfort and worked around my personal needs from previous injuries. I’m recommending Ryan to anyone needing a well-done bike fit.
I had Ryan work with my son after a shoulder separation due to a football injury. I was impressed with Ryan’s knowledge, and ability to connect with my son on a level where he understood the injury, the rationale to the exercises he was given, and the way Ryan explained the exercises themselves. My son’s recovery to 100% was faster than we expected and with diligence in performing the exercises that Ryan continued to tailor to my son's ability as he healed, the recovery was indeed faster than we were told from his doctors. Ryan was pleasure to work with and we will definitely work with him again when the need arises. We have already recommended several other individuals who need a good PT to Ryan and are hearing nothing but positive feedback from them as well. Thanks, Ryan for all your help!
Ryan helped me recover from a nagging shoulder injury. I ended up needing surgery and he got me my range and strength back in no time!
