No! We fit all bikes - road, tri, gravel, mountain, cruisers...if it has two wheels and you ride it, we can help you fit it!
Be sure to bring your bike! Bring clothes you typically ride in (we have a changing room if you don't want to wear your lycra to the clinic), your cycling shoes (if you clip in), and anything you need set up on your bike (i.e., aerobar mounted hydration systems) to make sure it's positioned correctly once your bike is fit to you.
Nope! We've got all the equipment we need to get your bike fit done. We'll hook your bike up to a trainer so you can pedal and get a feel for the adjustments we make.
We want to make sure that you ride in comfort. If things don't feel right, we will make corrections* needed to keep you riding pain free. *Up to two additional corrections included.
Physical Therapists are highly trained and specialized in knowing the anatomy and physics of the body while participating in sports, including cycling. With this deep understanding of how things should work, injury prevention and maximizing of strength is reached rather than just memorizing angles and distances.
