We play outdoors! There may be some conditions, such as extreme air temperatures or poor air quality, that may necessitate that we take nature inside for our sessions. This will be communicated when needed.
Kids NEED nature. Compared to kids confined indoors, children who regularly play in nature show heightened motor control—including balance, coordination, and agility. They tend to engage more in imaginative and creative play, which in turn fosters language, abstract reasoning, and problem-solving skills, together with a sense of wonder.
We are now starting individual nature-based treatment sessions! While our focus is on the social interaction provided by group sessions, individual sessions can be beneficial for children as well.
We are now in-network with Medicare, BCBS [Premera, Regence, Lifewise etc] , Asuris, Cigna, L&I, and MVA (PIP).
If we aren't in-network with your insurance and you'd still like to see us, we offer discounted fee-for-service pricing. You can submit a receipt (superbill) to your insurance provider, but we can't guarantee reimbursement.
In Washington we do not need a physicians referral to do an evaluation. If treatment is needed we will obtain the referral for you. If you have one, we will happily accept it.

No. Because we are a “fee for service” clinic, you do not need a doctor’s referral. This means we can begin treating you as soon as you would like without have to waste time or healthcare dollars trying to get a referral for a musculoskeletal disorder. If a referral is needed we can obtain one for you.
