Walk With A Therapist Program

Take a walk with the therapists of 509 Therapy Hub. Walks last 60 minutes along the Centennial Trail and are an opportunity to get some exercise, get to know other stroke survivors, and chat with a therapist.

Stroke Support Group

Meet each month with fellow stroke survivors. This is a chance to learn ideas for doing the tasks you love, gaining encouragement and hope. Families and caregivers of stroke survivors are welcome to join. Support groups are primarily led by the participants to cover topics important to you.

Stroke Education Class

Join us for a free, monthly class that covers a wide variety of topics that are participant directed. Free to the public. We cover a variety of topics, including common equipment used after a stroke, returning to driving after stroke, and other topics. Light snacks are provided.
